Delivery times
We ship on Mondays to Thursdays so that the ordered goods reach you by the weekend at the latest.
Depending on the weather conditions and the volume of shipments, the goods are usually ready for dispatch within 1 to 2 working days. For shipments within Germany, the plants are usually at the recipient within 24 to 48 hours after they have left our yard, in the case of parcel shipping, as well as in the case of freight forwarding.

Shipping costs (Shipping)

In the shopping cart, you can also click on the “Calculate shipping costs” field to display the shipping costs to Austria and other EU countries. Please ask for shipping costs to islands separately, as these depend on the respective island shipping companies, among other things.

We ship our packages with DHL and DPD.
With both providers, you can track their delivery and select a desired delivery in the tracking email you receive from the shipper. In order to offer you the fairest shipping conditions possible, we may ship your order in multiple packages.

Freight forwarding (freight forwarding)
From a certain delivery quantity, the shipping in the shopping cart automatically changes from parcel to freight forwarding.
We will inform you as soon as the order is ready for shipment. Once the order is received by the shipping company, the shipping company will contact you by email using the contact information you provided during the purchase process to arrange a delivery date.

1. our company is required to fulfill the redemption of so-called non-participating
